Babajide Sanwo-Olu has endorsed his deputy, Kadri Hamzat, as the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for the 2027 governorship election in Lagos State.
The endorsement was announced at Lagos House, Marina, in the presence of members of the State Executive Council, APC leaders, and chairmen of the 57 local governments and local council development areas.
Sanwo-Olu said Hamzat possesses the experience and capacity required to govern the state, citing his track record in public service.
