JMG Limited has reaffirmed its commitment to the growth of Nigeria’s heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) industry by sponsoring the inauguration of the new President of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), Nigeria Chapter, Engr. Olatinwo Olatunde Lookman.
The inauguration ceremony, held on July 16, brought together engineers, consultants, manufacturers, contractors and other industry stakeholders to mark the commencement of a new leadership while discussing strategies to promote technical excellence, innovation and sustainability in Nigeria’s built environment.
JMG said its sponsorship reflects the company’s continued support for initiatives that encourage professional development, knowledge sharing and the advancement of engineering standards across the HVACR sector.
Representing the company at the event were Sales Manager, JMG Clima (HVAC), Hussam Aziz; Business Development Manager, JMG Elevator, Maroun El Hajj; and Business Development Manager, JMG Limited, Akram El Chorbagi. The delegation engaged with industry leaders and partners to strengthen collaboration and support the continued development of the sector.
Speaking at the event, Sales Manager, JMG Clima (HVAC), Hussam Aziz, said professional organisations such as ASHRAE play a critical role in promoting technical knowledge, global best practices and collaboration within the engineering industry.
