Inside The Frame Expo 2026, described by its organisers as Nigeria’s first immersive creative production and gear expo, is scheduled to hold from August 19 to 21 at the Ecobank Pan-African Centre, Victoria Island, Lagos.
The three-day event is timed to coincide with World Photography Day 2026 and its global theme, “HOME.” It will bring together photographers, videographers, cinematographers, mobile content creators, designers and creative entrepreneurs.
According to the organisers, the expo is designed to provide a physical platform for discussions around the business, technology and professional development needs of Nigeria’s creative industry.
The programme will be structured around three themes — Foundations, Commerce and Legacy — with activities including keynote addresses, panel discussions, workshops and fireside conversations.
Celebrated photographer Kelechi Amadi-Obi is scheduled to deliver the opening keynote on the first day. Other confirmed speakers include Yagazie Eguare, Dr Babatunde Irukera, Aisha Augie-Kuta, Elizabeth Osho, Kola Oshalusi, Emmanuel Oyeleke, TaymiB, Dr Yetty Ogunnubi, Tobbie B, Seun Runsewe, Tiwalola “TJ Dotts” Olanubi, Yinka Obebe, Oluseyi Magic and James Omokwe.
Discussions will cover areas including visual storytelling, copyright, contracts, payments infrastructure, creative business and Nigeria’s growing creator economy.
The exhibition floor will feature vendor spaces and experience zones, including the Ecobank Main Stage and Ulanzi Creator Lab, where participants will have opportunities to interact with creative production equipment and related services.
A curated photography exhibition will also run throughout the three days as part of activities marking World Photography Day, showcasing works by Nigerian photographers.
Speaking on the event, its Founder and Convener, Oluwashola Ajisegbede, popularly known as Sniper, said the expo was created to provide a structured platform for conversations that have traditionally taken place informally among creatives.
He said the event would bring creatives into contact with brands, financial institutions, mentors and other stakeholders within the industry.
Inside The Frame Expo 2026 is powered by Ecobank Nigeria as title sponsor, with support from Ulanzi, Hollyland and Consolidated Hallmark Insurance.
The organisers said more than 1,000 creatives and over 30 speakers are expected at the event, alongside an exhibition of creative equipment and services.
The event is expected to provide participants with opportunities to learn about creative production, business development, technology and the wider professional ecosystem supporting Nigeria’s creative economy.
