Union Bank of Nigeria has concluded the fourth edition of its Save and Win Palli Promo, awarding ₦5 million each to three lucky customers in a grand finale held at the Bank’s headquarters in Marina, Lagos.
Since its launch, the savings initiative has distributed over ₦330 million in cash and gift prizes to more than 5,000 customers across the country. The latest season, which ran from December 2024 to May 2025, gave out prizes worth over ₦131 million, including motorcycles, tricycles, fuel vouchers, and cash rewards.
The three grand prize winners—Alhaji Abubakar Sadiq Isah (Zaria Branch, North), Atilabor Seikemefa Friday (Sapele Branch, South-South), and Oluranti Ogunluyi (Ilaro Branch, South-West)—emerged through transparent electronic draws monitored by regulatory bodies.
Speaking at the event, Union Bank’s Managing Director/CEO Yetunde Oni led the executive team in celebrating the winners. Vivian Imoh-Ita, Head of Retail and SME Business, said the campaign has consistently delivered on its promise to reward loyal savers and ease economic pressure.
“For four years, the Save and Win Palli Promo has empowered thousands with critical financial support. We remain committed to helping our customers thrive,” Imoh-Ita stated.
Olufunmilola Aluko, Chief Brand and Marketing Officer, added: “This promo not only rewards savings but promotes financial discipline and helps Nigerians build long-term wealth.”
To qualify for the draws, customers were required to maintain a minimum balance of ₦10,000 and conduct at least five transactions monthly. Monthly winners received ₦100,000, while quarterly draws featured high-value items.
Union Bank reaffirmed its dedication to financial inclusion and innovation, pledging to continue developing customer-centric initiatives that support wealth creation and financial security nationwide.
