Rite Foods Limited has celebrated Children’s Day 2026 by reaffirming its commitment to inspiring Nigerian children to dream big and reach their full potential through inclusive support systems, education, and family values.
In a statement marking this year’s Children’s Day celebration themed, “Inclusive for Every Child,” the food and beverage company emphasized the importance of creating environments where children can thrive through learning, kindness, confidence, and strong moral values.
The company stated that every child, regardless of background or circumstance, deserves the opportunity to dream boldly and become the best version of themselves.
Speaking on the significance of the celebration, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Rite Foods Limited, Seleem Adegunwa, described children as the heartbeat of the nation’s future and stressed the need to nurture them with care, encouragement, and the right support systems.
According to him, access to education, guidance, love, and opportunities enables children to grow into confident leaders, innovators, and changemakers.
“We must continue to create environments that empower children to dream without limits,” he said.
Adegunwa also reaffirmed the company’s commitment to supporting Nigerian families through quality products that bring refreshment, happiness, and value to everyday experiences.
Rite Foods’ product portfolio includes 13 variants of Bigi Carbonated Soft Drinks, Bigi Premium Table Water, Sosa Fruit Drinks in five flavours, Fearless Energy Drink in Classic and Red Berry variants, as well as Rite Spicy Sausage, Bigi Sausage, and Bigi Flex Sausage Rolls.
The company said it remains focused on creating memorable experiences for consumers across Nigeria through innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Also speaking, the Head of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability, Ekuma Eze, noted that investing in children remains one of the most important commitments any society can make.
He said children represent the future leaders, creators, and builders of the nation, adding that investments in education and values today would help secure a stronger and brighter future for Nigeria.
Over the years, Rite Foods has implemented initiatives aimed at encouraging talent, creativity, confidence, and self-expression among young Nigerians.
