FirstBank, a leading financial institution in West Africa, will host the third-quarter edition of its SMEConnect Webinar on Tuesday, September 9, 2026, to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) strengthen their sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
The webinar, themed “The SME Growth Blueprint: Practical Sales Strategies to Win Customers and Boost Revenue,” is designed to provide business owners and entrepreneurs with practical knowledge, market insights and access to tailored financial and advisory solutions.
Anchored on FirstBank’s “You First” brand promise, SMEConnect is a capacity-building platform focused on supporting the growth and development of SMEs.
Participants at the upcoming session will learn strategies for improving brand visibility, attracting and retaining customers, increasing sales conversion, strengthening customer loyalty and achieving sustainable business growth.
The webinar will feature Helen Mojisola Ijaola, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Bags Warehouse; Onome Gbenga-Adewara, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mamalicious Products Nigeria; and Olusola Ogunsakin, Group Head, Retail Banking Group, FirstBank.
Helen A. Willie, Head, SME Banking, FirstBank, will host the session, while Olajumoke Moyo-Ladipo, Team Lead, SME Engagement & Advisory, FirstBank, will serve as moderator.
Speaking ahead of the event, Chuma Ezirim, Group Executive, e-Business and Retail Products, FirstBank, said business growth depends on the ability of enterprises to create value, attract customers and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.
