Adron Homes has reaffirmed its leadership in Nigeria’s real estate sector as it received an Appreciation Award from the Lagos State Government, through the Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development.
The award was presented on October 6 at the 2025 World Habitat Day Celebration in Lagos, themed “Urban Crisis Response: Flooding in Focus.” The event convened policymakers, industry leaders, and urban development experts to explore collaborative solutions to the challenges of flooding and sustainable city planning.
Presenting the award, the Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development, Dr. Oluyinka Olumide, commended Adron Homes for its “outstanding service and support toward sustainable urban growth.” He noted that the company’s ongoing investments in housing, infrastructure, and community planning have complemented the state government’s efforts to create inclusive, livable, and resilient cities.
