Ayomiku, the daughter of renowned gospel singer Tope Alabi, recently tied the knot in a private ceremony, publicly recognizing her stepfather, Soji Alabi, as her father figure over her biological father.
In a heartfelt Instagram post on March 17, 2025, Ayomiku expressed deep gratitude towards Soji Alabi, describing him as her “pillar” and a man after her heart. She credited him for his unwavering support since childhood, stating that he not only raised her but also played a significant role in her life, culminating in him walking her down the aisle to her husband, Olu.
Her acknowledgment of Soji Alabi follows past public declarations where she affirmed that he was the only father figure she had ever known. This stance comes despite claims by her biological father in 2020 that he had been denied access to her for 22 years.
In her emotional tribute, Ayomiku recalled Soji Alabi’s sacrifices, including traveling from Lagos to Iwo every weekend and ensuring he was present for her birthdays. With tears in her eyes, she wished him a fulfilling life, thanking him for his love and dedication.
