According to its unaudited financial statements filed on the Nigerian Exchange, revenue rose to ₦1.19 trillion from ₦994.6 billion, driven largely by stronger sales volumes and improved pricing.

The company said cement and clinker accounted for 99.99 per cent of total revenue, underscoring its continued focus on core operations, while other products contributed marginally.

Earnings per share increased to ₦19.14 from ₦12.29, reflecting improved profitability, while retained earnings rose to ₦1.8 trillion from ₦1.5 trillion.

Key performance indicators showed:

Sales volume rose to 7.4 million tonnes from 6.5 million tonnes, supporting the revenue growth, while reduced finance costs and improved operating efficiency also boosted profitability.

On the balance sheet, total assets stood at ₦6.03 trillion, with property, plant, and equipment accounting for ₦3.7 trillion. Total liabilities declined to ₦3.1 trillion from ₦3.4 trillion, while total equity rose to ₦2.8 trillion.
