JMG Limited, through its HVAC division JMG Clima, has delivered and commissioned a high-efficiency cooling system for a prominent Lagos-based snacking company.
The project, executed in partnership with Trane Technologies as its official dealer in Nigeria, involved upgrading the client’s existing air-conditioning infrastructure to improve performance under Lagos’ high heat and humidity conditions.
Following a detailed cooling load analysis and system audit, JMG Clima installed a hybrid configuration combining a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system with TRANE ODYSSEY commercial units. The solution was designed to enhance cooling efficiency, improve indoor air quality, and ensure stable temperature control across all operational zones.
According to the company, the upgraded system is expected to reduce operational strain during peak demand periods while aligning with global energy efficiency standards for modern commercial facilities.
Speaking on the project, JMG Clima Sales Manager Hussam Aziz said the objective was to deliver measurable performance improvements rather than just equipment installation, noting enhanced cooling stability and long-term operational value for the client.
JMG Clima said the deployment reflects growing demand in Nigeria for energy-efficient HVAC systems, as businesses increasingly prioritise cost optimisation, sustainability, and reliable after-sales support.
The company added that, as an authorised Trane dealer in Nigeria, it continues to provide end-to-end climate control solutions, including chillers, air handling units, and turnkey HVAC installations across corporate, industrial, and hospitality sectors.
