In celebration of its 80th anniversary, Wema Bank, Nigeria’s leading innovative financial institution and the pioneer of Africa’s first fully digital bank, ALAT, is set to reward 80 customers with cash prizes in the Wema Bank 5 for 5 Promo Season 4 80th daily draw. The virtual draw will take place at 4 p.m. on Monday, February 24, 2025.
The 5 for 5 Promo, launched in 2019, aims to reward customer loyalty and engagement with the bank’s products. Since its inception, Wema Bank has disbursed over N150 million to thousands of customers nationwide. Season 4 of the promo, which commenced on October 1, 2024, will see N135 million distributed through daily, weekly, and monthly draws, culminating in a grand prize where one customer will win N5 million. Over 2,000 customers have so far benefitted from prizes ranging from N5,000 to N1 million each.
The upcoming draw, conducted via a transparent electronic process, will randomly select 80 winners from a pool of active customers who have transacted using the ALAT app, *945#, or the Wema/ALAT debit card. Both new and existing customers are eligible to participate, provided they meet the criteria of at least one transaction via the valid channels.
Interested customers can sign up on the ALAT app, request a debit card, or transact offline using Wema Bank’s USSD code, *945#. The event will be streamed live on Wema Bank’s official Instagram (@wemabank) and YouTube (@WemaBankofficial) accounts.
