In a grand ceremony, the Celestial Church of Christ (CCC), Agidingbi Cathedral, Lagos Archdiocese, extends heartfelt congratulations to Assistant Most Superior Evangelist David Olu Ogunrombi. The church acknowledges the immense progress and positive transformation under his leadership, highlighted by the recent elevation to Archdiocese status by Pastor Rev. E. M. F. Oshoffa.

The congregation earnestly prays for God’s continued guidance and strength for Evangelist Ogunrombi, wishing him good health, a sound mind, and divine unction to further serve in the vineyard of our Lord Jesus Christ. The church community, including the Parochial Committee, Sidemen, Side Women Department, Prophets and Prophetesses Department, and all attendees, express profound gratitude for his unwavering trust, generosity, love, and support. These qualities have been a constant source of strength and encouragement, making service alongside him a blessing beyond measure.

The news of his elevation to the esteemed rank of Assistant Most Superior Evangelist is received with great joy and happiness. This honor, bestowed by the revered Pastor and Head of CCC Worldwide, EMF Oshoffa, is well deserved. His dedication and devotion to the service of God, spanning nearly fifty years in the Celestial Church, are highly commendable and exemplary. Evangelist Ogunrombi’s remarkable strides in building and nurturing men and women as soldiers of Christ, worthy of eternal glory, form the cornerstone of his principles.

His love for all, regardless of age, wealth, or status, is evident in the succor and shelter he provides under his compassionate wings. As a father with a big heart and a “midas touch,” he brings development, progress, and transformation to every area he touches. The physical and spiritual progress witnessed at CCC Estate Parish, as a pioneer shepherd, and currently at CCC Agidingbi Cathedral, along with his tenure as the immediate past Lagos State Evangelist, are testaments to his profound dedication, leadership, and spiritual acumen, honed under the mentorship of the church’s patriarchs, including Pastor St. Rev. S. B. J. Oshoffa and Rev. A. A. Bada.
