The 2024 set of Management Trainees at Union Bank of Nigeria has successfully graduated. The graduation ceremony took place at the Bank’s multiple-purpose sports complex, ‘The Stable,’ in Surulere, Lagos.
The event was attended by senior management officials, staff, and the 166 Management Trainees graduates who have completed their training programme.
According to a statement from the bank, the newly graduated management trainees were urged to apply the technical and soft skills they had acquired to swiftly adapt to their new roles while upholding Union Bank’s core values.
Omayuli Wale-Ajayi, Chief Talent Officer at Union Bank, emphasized the importance of remaining focused and committed to the bank’s vision and mission statement. She highlighted the bank’s commitment to recruiting the best talent to support its strategic goals and encouraged the graduates to contribute to the institution’s growth.
The Union Bank Management Trainee Programme is a comprehensive training initiative aimed at preparing high-performing young talents to become well-rounded bankers and future leaders of the Bank.
