Zenith Bank, a leading financial institution in Nigeria, has fully restored its electronic transaction channels, ensuring customers can now access seamless digital banking services.
The restoration comes after temporary disruptions due to a routine upgrade of the bank’s technology infrastructure, which was intended to optimize service delivery but affected e-channel services.
In a social media announcement on Thursday, the bank confirmed that all electronic services have been reinstated.
Zenith Bank reiterated its commitment to providing high-quality digital services, assuring customers that its enhanced technology infrastructure is designed for seamless and innovative financial solutions.
“We are pleased to inform you that access to our digital channels has been restored, allowing you to perform transactions conveniently via your preferred platform,” the bank stated.
Additionally, Zenith Bank cautioned customers about potential scams, emphasizing that it will never request card details, PINs, token codes, or any other account-related information through calls, SMS, or email. Customers were advised not to respond to any such messages or click on links asking for account information.
