Stanbic IBTC Insurance Limited, a subsidiary of Stanbic IBTC Holdings PLC, has announced the second edition of its Annuitant Forum, themed “Making the Most of Life in Retirement.” The event is scheduled to hold virtually on August 20, 2025, with participation open to retirees and prospective retirees across Nigeria.
The forum aims to provide practical guidance on navigating retirement, covering key areas such as long-term income strategies, the role of insurance in financial security, estate planning, health, wellness, and lifestyle opportunities.
Speaking ahead of the event, Akinjide Orimolade, Chief Executive of Stanbic IBTC Insurance Limited, said the initiative reflects the company’s mission to support clients at every stage of life.
“Retirement is a significant milestone that should be embraced with purpose, security, and fulfillment. Unfortunately, many are unprepared for the realities of this phase. Our goal is to provide both retirees and employers with holistic advice that helps them navigate this new chapter confidently,” he stated.

By hosting the forum online, the company said it hopes to ensure wider accessibility and inclusivity for retirees nationwide.
