Adron Homes and Properties has unveiled the 2025 edition of its Lemon Friday Plus Promo, offering Nigerians the chance to acquire land at discounted rates while enjoying festive season rewards.
Under the scheme, prospective homeowners can make an initial deposit as low as ₦50,000 and spread payments across 24 months. Subscribers will also receive a 30% discount on land purchases.
The promo covers estates across Lagos, Ogun, Oyo, Ekiti, Abuja (FCT), Nasarawa, Plateau, Osun, and Niger States. Each estate is designed with modern infrastructure, including power supply, road networks, drainage systems, security, recreational centres, shopping facilities, and green spaces.
Adron Homes has also attached tiered rewards to deposits:
Bronze (₦300,000): 25kg bag of rice, two chickens, and vegetable oil, or a home theatre system.
Silver (₦500,000): A goat, or 50kg bag of rice with three chickens and vegetable oil, or a rechargeable fan.
Gold (₦1,000,000): A goat, 50kg bag of rice, palm oil, and garri, or washing machine.
Diamond (₦3.5 million on estates above ₦20 million before discount): A cow or double-door fridge.
Management said the promo reflects Adron’s mission to make homeownership more accessible.
“The Lemon Friday Plus Promo is our way of making December unforgettable for our customers,” the company stated. “We are not only offering affordable land ownership but also gifts that make the festive season brighter.”
The instalment window for initial deposits runs from July 7 to November 31, 2025, while the promo ends on January 6, 2026.
