Zenith Bank Plc has announced the appointment of Kennedy Okwudili as an Executive Director, effective May 1, 2026, the bank disclosed through the Nigerian Exchange Ltd on Tuesday.
The bank said Okwudili’s appointment aligns with its tradition of developing leaders from within and will strengthen its executive management team.
Okwudili holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maiduguri (1998, Second Class Upper Division), an MBA from Ahmadu Bello University (2008), and a Master of Science in Accounting from Veritas University, Abuja (2021).
With over 25 years of experience in banking, Okwudili has expertise across credit, marketing, treasury, compliance, and operations. He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
