Profiles of the New Leaders
Adenike Abosede Ajobo – Managing Director
A seasoned expert in corporate branding, public relations, and strategy, Adenike Ajobo holds a degree in Linguistics from the University of Ibadan and an OND in Marketing from The Polytechnic of Ibadan. A member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (MNIMN) and the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), she joined Adron Homes in January 2024 as Group Company Secretary. Her ascent to Managing Director reflects her visionary leadership.
Olubunmi Akinfe – Deputy Managing Director
With a degree in Microbiology from Obafemi Awolowo University, Akinfe has held pivotal roles at Adron Homes, including Deputy Group Sales Manager and Chief Operating Officer. In her new role, she will focus on operational efficiency and organizational growth.
Ihuoma Azuru – Assistant Managing Director of Sales and Marketing (Lagos)
A graduate of Accounting with advanced degrees in Business Management and Human Resources, Ihuoma Azuru’s tenure at Adron Homes includes roles such as Director General for Sales and Marketing. Her expertise positions her to drive sales innovation in Lagos.
Odunola Ogundapo – Assistant Managing Director of Sales and Marketing (Western Nigeria)
With a background in geology, Odunola Ogundapo joined Adron Homes in 2017 and has steadily risen through the ranks. She brings strategic insight and dedication to her role overseeing sales in Western Nigeria.
Aminat Olaniyan Haastrup – Director General of Customer Service
A graduate in Estate Management and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management, Haastrup is renowned for her customer-focused strategies. Her new role emphasizes transformative service delivery.
