Angola’s INAPEM Visits Nigeria Over mySMEville Platform

Angola’s National Institute of Support of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (INAPEM) has paid a courtesy visit to the head office of a Nigerian organisation to understudy the mySMEville platform, a digital initiative developed in partnership with the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN) to support micro, small and medium enterprises.

The visit focused on gaining insights into how the mySMEville platform is being used to connect small businesses to funding opportunities, business tools, infrastructure and wider market access, addressing long-standing gaps within the MSME ecosystem.

Launched late last year, the platform has recorded steady growth, according to its operators, and is increasingly being positioned as a model for SME support systems.

Officials said the engagement also highlighted growing international interest in the initiative, with INAPEM exploring ways the framework could be adapted for implementation in Angola to strengthen its own small business support structure.
