The Federal High Court sitting in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) has dismissed a suit seeking to disqualify former President Goodluck Jonathan from contesting the 2027 presidential election.
The court described the case as an abuse of court processes and subsequently awarded N20 million in costs against the plaintiff in favour of Jonathan.
