Liquid C2, a business of African technology leader Cassava Technologies, has announced that its Cloudmania business won the 2025 Microsoft Partner of the Year Award for Egypt. The recognition places Cloudmania among a select group of global Microsoft partners honoured for excellence in innovation and implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology.
The Microsoft Partner of the Year Awards recognise partners delivering outstanding Microsoft Cloud applications, AI innovations, devices, and services. Cloudmania was chosen from over 4,600 nominations across more than 100 countries for providing exceptional solutions and services in Egypt.
“This award is an incredible milestone for Cloudmania. In just one year in Egypt, we’ve built a strong network of partners delivering cloud and AI solutions that empower businesses and accelerate digital transformation,” said Sherif Shaltout, Managing Executive, MENA at Liquid C2. He added that the award reinforces Cloudmania’s commitment to enabling Africa’s digital future.
Since its launch in Egypt in 2024, Cloudmania has built a trusted reputation as a channel-first distributor, supporting managed service providers, system integrators, and independent software vendors. Through initiatives like its Startup Accelerator Programme, Cloudmania equips entrepreneurs and small businesses with access to Microsoft cloud technologies, training, and go-to-market support.
Nicole Dezen, Microsoft Chief Partner Officer, praised the 2025 winners, saying they “harnessed the transformative power of Microsoft’s Cloud and AI platforms to deliver solutions that redefine innovation.”
This accolade follows previous wins by Cloudmania in Ethiopia and Côte d’Ivoire, strengthening its presence across the MENA region and aligning with Cassava Technologies’ goal to be a leading digital solutions provider in its markets.
