Coca-Cola Nigeria has officially relaunched its iconic “Share a Coke” campaign, reigniting the joy of finding personal names on its signature bottles and cans. The campaign, which first debuted in 2011, returns with enhanced personalization features, allowing consumers to celebrate friendship, connection, and shared moments in a refreshing new way.
The 2025 edition of Share a Coke invites Nigerians to share personalized Coca-Cola bottles with friends and loved ones, celebrating authenticity and real human connections—values particularly cherished by younger generations.
Speaking on the campaign, Yusuf Murtala, Senior Director and Head of Marketing, Coca-Cola Nigeria, said the initiative embodies Nigeria’s culture of togetherness.
“In Nigeria, we thrive on moments of community where greatness happens. Share a Coke celebrates everyday connections that turn into lifelong memories. Even the smallest gesture—like seeing your name on a Coke bottle—can spark joy and bring people closer,” he said.
Valerie Odubogun, Director of Marketing at Coca-Cola Nigeria, added that the campaign underscores the importance of real human interaction in today’s digital era.
“Share a Coke reminds us that memories happen when we come together. Those spontaneous moments of laughter and shared stories over a Coca-Cola make life truly special,” she noted.
Beyond personalization, this year’s campaign offers exciting incentives. From October 1 to December 31, 2025, consumers stand a chance to win millions of naira in cash and prizes weekly through personalized 50cl Coca-Cola bottles available nationwide.
The official Share a Coke launch event will take place on October 23, 2025, in Lagos, featuring immersive brand experiences that celebrate the “real magic” of connection.
