Fidelity Bank Plc, a leading financial institution, recently hosted its loyal customers to a star-studded evening of entertainment, fine dining, and elegance at its Customer Appreciation Party, themed “Winning Together.”
The event, held on Saturday, December 7, 2024, at the Fidelity Oniru Grounds in Lekki, Lagos, attracted an array of distinguished guests, including industry leaders, business executives, celebrities, politicians, and bank staff from across Nigeria.
In her opening remarks, Dr. Nneka Onyeali-Ikpe, Managing Director and CEO of Fidelity Bank Plc, expressed heartfelt gratitude to customers for their unwavering support throughout 2024, particularly during the bank’s highly successful Combined Offer exercise.
“I want to say a very big thank you to our customers for being there for us in 2024. Their loyalty was evident during our recapitalisation exercise, where they demonstrated incredible belief in Fidelity Bank, helping us exceed our target by over 200%,” Dr. Onyeali-Ikpe remarked.
The highlight of the evening was the Fidelity Excellence Merit Awards (FEMA), celebrating exceptional performance among the bank’s staff. Categories included Most Enterprising Young Staff, Best Support Staff of the Year, Most Improved Branch of the Year, Best Performing Branch of the Year, Division of the Year, and Fidelity Person of the Year.
The event was hosted by acclaimed comedian Bovi and featured electrifying performances by music stars Niniola, Alternate Sound, Flavour, and Davido. A spectacular fireworks display crowned the evening, lighting up the Lagos skyline.
