JMG Limited, in collaboration with its sister company Jamara Home, has launched the J-Women Impact Network (J-WIN), an initiative aimed at promoting mentorship, collaboration and professional development among female employees across both organisations.
The initiative was unveiled during a celebration marking International Women’s Day 2026, held at Radisson Blu Hotel Lagos Ikeja on Ozumba Mbadiwe in Lagos, where women from both companies gathered to reflect on their experiences and contributions in the workplace.
The event aligned with this year’s International Women’s Day theme, “Give to Gain,” which highlights the importance of support, generosity and collective advancement in building stronger and more inclusive workplaces.
Speaking at the event, Chief Commercial Officer of JMG Ltd, Rabi Jammal, commended female employees for their dedication and the significant role they play in the organisations’ continued growth and success.
He noted that empowering women in the workplace is vital to building resilient organisations and driving sustainable progress, adding that the J-WIN initiative would create opportunities for women to connect, support one another and grow both professionally and personally.
The J-Women Impact Network was formally launched by Jammal alongside the Chief Operations Officer, Christian G. Kozma, marking what the companies described as a major step in strengthening internal support systems for women.
Also speaking, Chief Human Resources Officer Gloria Ibeziako encouraged employees to actively participate in the network, describing it as a platform that would enable women to build meaningful relationships, access mentorship opportunities and support each other’s professional journeys.
Delivering the keynote address, Adeyanju Olomola, Lead Coach and Chief Executive Officer of The Source Coaching Ltd, urged participants to embrace the power of giving, stressing that women thrive when they invest in personal growth while uplifting others.
The celebration featured several interactive activities, including a “Pass the Mic” session where participants shared personal experiences, as well as a fireside chat focused on leadership, career growth and navigating professional challenges.
The fireside discussion featured Olomola alongside Ibeziako and human resource professional Nneka Jethro-Iruobe, with the session moderated by Oluwatomi Faniran. The conversation explored themes such as mentorship, resilience and the importance of supportive professional networks for women.
The International Women’s Day event, organisers said, celebrated the contributions of female employees while reinforcing the companies’ commitment to fostering inclusive workplaces where women are empowered to thrive and lead.
