JMG Limited has marked its 28th anniversary with a renewed commitment to advancing sustainable energy solutions and supporting Nigeria’s transition to cleaner power sources through innovative renewable energy projects.
The company, which commenced operations in June 1998, said it has continued to evolve in response to the changing needs of businesses and industries across the country. Over the years, JMG has expanded its offerings beyond power generation to include electrical infrastructure, cooling systems, elevators and escalators, compressed air solutions, and renewable energy technologies.
A key milestone in the company’s sustainability drive is the recent deployment of solar hybrid power systems at three NIPCO fuel stations located in Gwagwalada, Lekki, and Mpape. The installations combine solar panels, lithium battery storage, and smart inverter technology to provide uninterrupted clean energy while eliminating dependence on diesel-powered generation.
According to the company, the projects have delivered significant annual energy cost savings and demonstrate the practical benefits of renewable energy adoption for businesses seeking reliable and efficient power solutions.
Speaking on the company’s 28th anniversary, Chief Commercial Officer, Rabi Jammal, said innovation remains at the heart of JMG’s growth and long-term strategy.
