The Nigeria-China Strategic Partnership has extended Eid al-Kabir greetings to Muslim faithful across Nigeria, calling for renewed commitment to unity, sacrifice, and collective progress amid deepening bilateral relations between Nigeria and China.
In a statement issued to mark the celebration, the partnership described Eid al-Kabir as a reminder of the values needed to build stronger communities and sustainable international partnerships.
The NCSP stated that the spirit of sacrifice, faith, compassion, and devotion embodied in the legacy of Prophet Ibrahim remains relevant as Nigeria pursues economic growth, social stability, and stronger global cooperation.
According to the organisation, the principles of trust, sacrifice, and shared purpose continue to guide its efforts to deepen cooperation with China across key sectors, including infrastructure, agriculture, technology, education, energy, manufacturing, and youth development.
The partnership noted that strategic collaboration between Nigeria and China is strengthening economic ties while creating opportunities for innovation, investment, skills transfer, and long-term national development.
It also reaffirmed its commitment to empowering young Nigerians through educational exchange programmes, technical training, and innovation-driven initiatives aimed at improving global competitiveness.
The NCSP further urged Nigerians to use the Eid season as a period of reflection, compassion, and peaceful coexistence, stressing that sustainable national development can only thrive in an atmosphere of unity and mutual respect.
The organisation expressed hope that the celebration would bring renewed hope, prosperity, and blessings to households across the country.
