This strategic move aligns with the company’s sustainability objectives and its ambition to achieve net zero methane intensity by 2030.
As a leading National Oil Company (NOC), NNPC Limited is committed to reducing methane emissions and promoting environmental accountability. By joining OGMP 2.0, the company will adopt a globally recognized, measurement-based reporting framework that enhances transparency, strengthens accountability, and facilitates the implementation of best practices for methane emissions reduction.
