Polaris Bank has reaffirmed its commitment to supporting the growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Nigeria with the launch of the Yenagoa branch of Everyday Supermarket, one of the country’s leading retail chains.
Speaking at the event, Chairman of Everyday Supermarket, Mr. Yemi Osindero, expressed delight at the brand’s expansion into Bayelsa State, describing it as another milestone in the company’s steady growth journey.
Osindero noted that the Everyday Group, now in its 28th year, operates 15 outlets across the South-East and South-South regions, including locations in Owerri, Asaba, and Abakaliki.
“We are excited to be in Yenagoa for the first time and look forward to opening more stores in Bayelsa. Plans are also underway to expand into Aba, Benin, Uyo, Enugu, and Abuja,” he said.
The launch of the Yenagoa branch underscores Polaris Bank’s ongoing role as a key enabler of enterprise development, reaffirming its commitment to empowering businesses that drive local economic growth and regional development.
