Rite Foods Limited, Nigeria’s leading food and beverage company, has reiterated its commitment to integrity, transparency, and accountability as it marked Compliance Week 2025, emphasizing that ethical conduct remains central to its corporate culture.

The week-long observance, part of the global Corporate Compliance & Ethics Week® initiative established in 2005, aims to promote awareness of ethics, compliance, and responsible business practices within organizations.

Through internal activities, knowledge-sharing sessions, and awareness campaigns, Rite Foods encouraged employees and partners to uphold ethical values and maintain transparency in all operations.

Speaking on the significance of the initiative, Mr. Seleem Adegunwa, Managing Director/CEO of Rite Foods Limited, said the company’s success is rooted in integrity and respect for processes.

“At Rite Foods, compliance is not just a requirement—it’s a mindset. It defines who we are, how we operate, and the standards we uphold,” Adegunwa stated.

Oluyemi Lawal-Daki, Head of Legal and Company Secretary, added that the company’s proactive approach ensures compliance is embedded in daily operations.

“Our goal is not just to meet compliance obligations but to live them daily. Integrity and compliance form the backbone of sustainable business success,” she noted.

By celebrating Compliance Week, Rite Foods reaffirmed its reputation as a socially responsible company that integrates ethics, governance, and sustainability into its business model.

Proudly Nigerian and globally recognized, Rite Foods continues to lead the food and beverage industry with a portfolio that includes premium beverages, sausages, and bottled water—driven by innovation, excellence, and accountability.
