Sanwo-Olu Celebrates Bamidele Abiodun at 60

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has congratulated the First Lady of Ogun State, Mrs. Bamidele Abiodun, on the occasion of her 60th birthday.

In a statement issued on Sunday by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Gboyega Akosile, Sanwo-Olu described Mrs. Abiodun as an Amazon, a devoted wife and mother, and a strong pillar of support to the Ogun State Government.

The governor commended her developmental initiatives, compassionate leadership, and commitment to the welfare of the people, noting that her contributions have positively impacted Ogun State.

Sanwo-Olu also highlighted the close relationship between Mrs. Abiodun and his wife, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, describing them as friends who share similar values.

“Today’s celebrant has been a part of my family, not just as the wife of my brother, Governor Dapo Abiodun, but also as a very close friend and ally of my dear wife, Dr. Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu. The two of them share the same values,” he said.

On behalf of his wife, the Lagos State Government and its people, the governor congratulated Mrs. Abiodun on her Diamond Jubilee, describing her milestone as a celebration of grace, elegance, and dedicated public service.

He praised her achievements as First Lady and acknowledged her unwavering support for Governor Dapo Abiodun’s administration.

Sanwo-Olu prayed for God’s continued protection, good health, and strength for Mrs. Abiodun, wishing her many more years of service to humanity.
