Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has congratulated Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, on her 65th birthday, describing her as a compassionate leader and steadfast supporter of President Bola Tinubu.

In a statement issued on Saturday by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Gboyega Akosile, Governor Sanwo-Olu praised Senator Tinubu’s contributions to public service, highlighting her role in the Renewed Hope Initiative, which he said has positively impacted millions of Nigerians, particularly women and children.

“On behalf of my wife, Ibijoke, the government, and the people of Lagos State, I heartily congratulate Senator Oluremi Tinubu, Nigeria’s First Lady and the wife of our leader and President, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, on the occasion of her 65th birthday,” the governor said.

Sanwo-Olu noted that Senator Tinubu remains a proud ambassador of Lagos, having served the state as First Lady for eight years and as a three-term senator. He commended her advocacy for social justice, philanthropic efforts, and dedication to women’s empowerment.

“As our Amazon turns 65, I pray for God’s continued guidance, good health, and strength for her to keep rendering service to humanity and to our country,” he added.
