Soludo Congratulates Ndi Anambra, Nigerians on New Year 2026

Governor of Anambra State, Professor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, has extended his congratulations and warm wishes to Ndi Anambra and Nigerians as the country ushers in the New Year 2026, expressing hope, gratitude, and renewed determination for the year ahead.

In his New Year goodwill message, the governor said the beginning of a new year offers fresh opportunities to consolidate achievements, learn from past challenges, and work collectively towards building the Anambra of the state’s vision—anchored on prosperity, security, and sustainable development.

According to a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, Governor Soludo urged citizens and residents of Anambra State to embrace the New Year with gratitude, while reflecting on the resilience, industry, and patriotic spirit of Ndi Anambra, which continue to distinguish them across Nigeria and the global community.

The governor reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to positively impacting lives and further transforming the state in 2026. He noted that the government remains focused on its core Solution pillars, including infrastructure development, quality education, accessible healthcare, economic empowerment, environmental sustainability, and the security of lives and property.

Aburime said the governor disclosed that in 2026, the Soludo administration would intensify efforts to deliver more projects and programmes aimed at improving living conditions, creating opportunities for the youth, and positioning Anambra State as a leading destination for investment and innovation.

Governor Soludo also emphasised that sustainable development requires strong collaboration between the government and the people, calling on Ndi Anambra and Nigerians to continue supporting and cooperating with governments at both the state and federal levels.

He concluded by congratulating Ndi Anambra on the New Year celebration and prayed that 2026 would bring peace, good health, prosperity, and abundant blessings to households across Anambra State and Nigeria.
