TPT International marked International Women’s Day, 2026 by celebrating the contributions of its female employees with a series of activities aimed at recognising their dedication, creativity, and impact within the organisation.
Observed annually on March 8, International Women’s Day highlights the achievements and resilience of women worldwide. The 2026 theme, “Give to Gain,” underscores the importance of investing in women through recognition, opportunity, and support as a pathway to collective progress.
To commemorate the occasion, the agency’s leadership, led by Adetokunbo Modupe, Chairman and Chief Consultant, organised a movie and lunch outing for female staff members, providing an opportunity for relaxation and bonding outside the workplace. The women were also granted Monday, March 9, 2026, as a work-free day to rest and reflect on the significance of the global celebration.
Speaking on the initiative, Modupe praised the women of the organisation for their role in shaping the agency’s growth and professional excellence.
“Women are an invaluable part of our lives and of our organisation. Their contributions have helped shape the growth, strength, and excellence of our professional practice. Our standing as a preferred team would not have been possible without the intelligence, dedication, creativity, and positive spirit of the remarkable women within the organisation,” he said.
He added that while the agency celebrates its female workforce regularly, International Women’s Day provides a special moment to express appreciation for their resilience, professionalism, and commitment.
Responding on behalf of the female staff, Ify Yvonne Odita, Client Service Director at TPT International, thanked the organisation’s leadership for fostering a supportive work environment where women feel valued and empowered.
“Your celebration of TPT women through the movie outing, lunch, and the work-free day speaks volumes about the value you place on appreciation, balance, and wellbeing. It reflects a culture where people are genuinely valued,” she said.
According to her, the opportunity to step away from daily routines and spend time together made the celebration particularly meaningful.
The event, the company said, reaffirmed its commitment to building an inclusive workplace where women are empowered to grow, lead, and contribute to shaping the future of the organisation.
