Zenith Bank has opened its digital and branch channels for Nigerians at home and abroad seeking to subscribe to the Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals.

The bank, a receiving bank and designated electronic application channel for the offer, said investors can subscribe through its website, mobile app, internet banking, USSD, corporate internet banking and branches nationwide.

Applications open on Monday, September 14, 2026, and close on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.

According to the prospectus, the shares are offered at ₦525 each, with a minimum subscription of 10 shares valued at ₦5,250. The offer seeks to raise ₦2.15 trillion, while eligible retail investors who subscribe and hold their shares may qualify for bonus shares under the Retail Investor Incentive Programme, subject to regulatory approval.

Zenith Bank said subscriptions across its channels will be linked to investors’ Bank Verification Numbers (BVNs) to enhance identification and security.

The bank operates 456 branches and 84 cash centres and said its digital infrastructure would enable investors to participate in the offer from within Nigeria and abroad.

Quantum Zenith Capital & Investments Limited is among the joint issuing houses for the transaction, while Zenith Bank will receive and process applications through its designated channels.

The bank advised prospective investors to read the prospectus carefully and seek independent professional advice where necessary before making investment decisions.
