Abbey Mortgage Bank Plc has announced it will hold its 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually on Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. The bank disclosed that participation details will be made available via its official website and communication channels.
The AGM will serve as a platform for presenting the company’s 2024 audited financial results, discussing dividend payments, and outlining future growth strategies. The meeting will also provide shareholders with updates on governance and institutional performance.
Managing Director Mobolaji Adewumi described the AGM as more than a statutory event. “It is a reflection of our accountability, transparency, and the trust we continue to build with our stakeholders,” he said.
Abbey Mortgage Bank reiterated its commitment to value creation and its role in deepening Nigeria’s mortgage and housing finance sector.
