Ekiti APC Aspirant Kayode Ojo Hails Teachers as Nation Builders

Governorship aspirant under the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ekiti State, Engr. Kayode Ojo, has commended teachers across the state on the occasion of World Teachers’ Day, describing them as the driving force behind societal development.

In a statement issued in Ado-Ekiti, Ojo emphasized that teachers play a vital role in shaping children and youths toward nation-building, noting that their contributions remain invaluable to the growth of any society.

He called for the prioritization of teachers’ welfare, including prompt salary payments, regular training and retraining, incentives, motivation, and timely promotions.

According to him, “Teachers are partners in progress and must be adequately remunerated to sustain their commitment and impact on national development.”

Ojo further reaffirmed his admiration for educators in Ekiti State, describing them as the backbone of progress and a key force in molding future leaders.
