West and Central Africa’s largest airline, Air Peace Limited, has announced that its highly anticipated direct flight services from Abuja to London Heathrow and London Gatwick will commence on October 26, 2025, with tickets priced at ₦1 million.

This was disclosed in a statement issued by the airline’s spokesperson, Efe Osifo-Whiskey, who described the fare as the most affordable ever offered for such a route by a Nigerian carrier. He also unveiled a range of attractive offers accompanying the launch.

With this development, Air Peace becomes the first Nigerian airline to operate direct flights from Abuja to both of London’s major international airports, reinforcing its growing reputation as a major player in regional and long-haul aviation.

According to the airline, passengers flying from any of Air Peace’s domestic destinations can now book seamless, through-ticket flights to either London airport via Abuja—removing the hassle of multiple bookings or baggage re-checks.

For inbound travellers, the airline will offer daily connections from London to key Nigerian cities including Lagos, Port Harcourt, Enugu, Benin, Warri, Owerri, Kano, Yola, Gombe, and Asaba, with plans to expand this list.

This connectivity, combined with generous baggage allowances, provides a strategic advantage, offering Nigerian and UK-based travellers increased flexibility, convenience, and value.
