Dangote Cement Plc will host a Capital Markets Day in London on September 21, 2026, as part of preparations for its proposed secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange.
The company disclosed this in a regulatory filing submitted to the Nigerian Exchange Limited on Wednesday and signed by its Company Secretary, Edward Imoedemhe.
The event follows the company’s May 12, 2026, corporate update and subsequent shareholder approval of the proposed dual listing.
According to Dangote Cement, the London briefing will provide international investors, market analysts and other stakeholders with updates on its strategy, operations and business priorities.
It will also offer participants an opportunity to engage directly with members of the company’s senior management.
The company said further details, including the agenda and logistics for the event, would be released in due course.
“Presentation materials for the CMD will also be made available to the market in accordance with applicable disclosure requirements,” the company said.
