Eterna Plc has reported a strong start to the 2026 financial year, posting solid growth in its unaudited first-quarter results for the period ended 31 March 2026.
The company recorded revenue of ₦70.45 billion, while profit before tax stood at ₦1.65 billion, reflecting improved operational performance across its core business segments.
Profit after tax came in at ₦1.38 billion, with earnings per share of ₦1.06, highlighting continued returns to shareholders amid disciplined financial management.
Eterna said its balance sheet remained strong, supported by strategic investments in product inventory aimed at improving efficiency and sustaining nationwide service delivery.
Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Olumide Adeosun, said the performance reflects the company’s focus on operational excellence, cost control, and expansion initiatives.
He added that the company will continue investing in its retail network and expanding across aviation, lubricants, and gas segments to drive long-term growth and shareholder value.
