Nigeria’s digital frontier has received a boost as telecommunications giant Globacom unveiled three innovative digital services—Animation World Promo, Sport Brain, and Treasure Spin—designed to enrich the subscriber experience through education, entertainment, and rewards.
In a statement released on Monday in Lagos, Globacom said the new services reflect its continued commitment to delivering interactive, value-added offerings to customers across Nigeria.
Animation World Promo is a trivia-based service centered on Nigerian cuisine, where users earn points and unlock exciting prizes by answering fun, food-related questions. The second service, Sport Brain, targets football enthusiasts by allowing subscribers to predict scores from top global leagues and stand a chance to win prizes based on their accuracy.
Treasure Spin introduces users to a digital treasure hunt experience, where each spin could yield instant rewards, combining excitement with potential winnings.
Globacom revealed that all three services come with daily, weekly, and monthly subscription options—₦100, ₦300, and ₦500 respectively—and can be accessed via the following USSD codes:
130552# for Animation World Promo
131992# for Sport Brain
131993# for Treasure Spin
The offerings are open to both prepaid and postpaid Glo subscribers nationwide.
The company also detailed a robust reward system. Every day, 20 participants will receive ₦1,000 in cash, while additional beneficiaries will get ₦1,000 airtime and 3.5GB data. Weekly, five winners will each earn ₦100,000, while a grand monthly prize of ₦1 million awaits one lucky subscriber.
“This initiative underscores Globacom’s vision of blending digital innovation with rewarding customer engagement,” the statement read, positioning the telco as a leader in value-added services in Nigeria’s telecommunications space.
