JMG Limited, an electro-mechanical solutions company, in partnership with its subsidiary, Jamara Home, has spread hope and festive cheer to children living with cancer through a collaboration with The Dorcas Cancer Foundation.
The companies sponsored the Foundation’s annual Christmas celebration, themed “Basket of Love,” an event designed to uplift the spirits of children battling cancer by providing gifts, entertainment and a memorable yuletide experience.
As part of the initiative, JMG and Jamara Home donated Chemo Kit boxes and made cash contributions to support the Foundation’s ongoing work in care delivery, advocacy and support for children living with cancer.
The celebration featured music and performances by renowned musician Cobhams Asuquo and Nigerian Idol Season 10 first runner-up, Precious Mac, creating moments of joy and laughter for the children, their families, caregivers and supporters.
Speaking at the event, Manager, Customer Support at Jamara Home, Mrs. Anthonia Ogunsanya, said the initiative reflects the company’s corporate social responsibility focus and core values of compassion and community support.
She noted that partnering with The Dorcas Cancer Foundation for its annual end-of-year celebration underscores Jamara Home’s commitment to making a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable children.
Also speaking, Head of Marketing at JMG, Mrs. Oluwatomi Tumininu Faniran, said healthcare remains a key pillar of the company’s CSR strategy.
