Samuel Kalu and Josh Maja will after all play in the French Ligue 1 with Bordeaux in the new season after the club appealed a decision to demote them to the lower league for administrative breaches.
Authorities who control the management of the French leagues DNCG had on July 2 ordered Bordeaux to be relegated over breaches in respect of transfers and salaries.
Bordeaux were saved following the intervention of former Lille owner Gerard Lopez.
The club have now been imposed restrictions for wages and transfers.
