Lafarge Africa Plc convened its third annual Leadership Conference from January 29 to 30, bringing together senior executives to set strategic priorities and reinforce leadership alignment for 2026.
Under the theme “Driving Exponential Growth through Discipline and Execution,” the conference focused on fostering disciplined execution, ownership, and operational excellence across the organization.
CEO Lolu Alade-Akinyemi commended the team for achievements in 2025 and outlined the company’s vision and expectations for the year ahead.
Keynote speaker and Chairman, Gbenga Oyebode, emphasized the importance of sustaining excellence under challenging targets, noting that high standards and ambitious goals are essential for long-term business sustainability.
