The Lagos Leather Fair (LLF) 2026 has unveiled the second cohort of exhibitors for its “Beyond the Hide” showcase, highlighting a new wave of designers and brands pushing the boundaries of craftsmanship, sustainability, and luxury within Nigeria’s leather industry.
The organisers said the latest group of exhibitors brings fresh perspectives to the fair, demonstrating innovation through structure, texture, artisanal techniques and sustainable production practices. The announcement follows the strong reception received by the first set of exhibitors introduced for the 2026 edition of the event.
Among the newly announced participants is Kieva Desuwa, a Lagos-based footwear brand established in 2015 and known for its handcrafted leather shoes that blend traditional shoemaking techniques with contemporary design. The brand produces both bespoke and ready-to-wear footwear using premium leather sourced and crafted in Lagos.
Also joining the exhibition is Kisara, a premium women’s accessories brand that creates handcrafted pieces from locally sourced materials including Aso-Oke, leather, raffia, jute and woven cane. The brand promotes slow fashion while celebrating African craftsmanship through modern designs.
Korau Designs, recognised for its minimalist yet elegant footwear, and Mak & Jay, a premium Lagos-based footwear manufacturer known for combining artisanal craftsmanship with modern aesthetics, will also feature at the fair.
Maliko, an artisanal shoe studio inspired by African culture, history and indigenous craft traditions, will showcase its collection of luxury footwear that merges traditional techniques with contemporary design.
Luxury accessories brand Marté Egele is among the exhibitors, presenting a range of handbags, footwear, small leather goods and interior products under its Marté Home line. Founded in 2015, the brand combines African craftsmanship with global influences to create products rooted in timeless design and quality.
Mhosé, a leather goods brand focused on exclusivity and craftsmanship, will display its handcrafted pieces made from carefully selected leathers and premium accessories. The brand is known for creating distinctive designs that emphasise rarity and enduring style.
Mona Matthews, a designer of premium leather shoes and bags tailored to the African lifestyle, is also set to participate, alongside Nerrohs, a Nigerian luxury leather brand specialising in handcrafted handbags and bespoke leather products.
Nichole by Haguanna, a luxury accessories brand known for its exotic-skin handbags and commitment to meticulous craftsmanship, will join the exhibition, offering visitors a glimpse into its blend of timeless elegance and contemporary design.
NISHO, a Nigerian womenswear label centred on leather craftsmanship, is expected to present designs that explore leather through sculptural silhouettes and innovative textile combinations. The brand’s participation comes as it enters a new phase marked by a recent rebrand and the launch of a new collection.
Other exhibitors include Noblepad, a Nigerian company specialising in customised leather journals, planners and stationery products, and O’Eclat Designs Co, a premium brand that combines leather with handwoven African textiles to create contemporary handbags and accessories.
Organisers noted that the exhibition floor will continue to expand, with two additional cohorts of exhibitors expected to be unveiled in the coming weeks ahead of LLF 2026.
