Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, founder of Christ Embassy, is reportedly presiding over a fast-growing business conglomerate that spans banking, healthcare, fintech and social media, in addition to leading one of Africa’s largest Pentecostal ministries.
According to new findings circulating on social platforms, the church’s Department of Commerce serves as the operational hub for several major ventures associated with the ministry. Through this structure, Pastor Oyakhilome is said to exercise significant influence over multiple enterprises under the Loveworld brand.
One of the most prominent is Parralex Bank, a national commercial bank licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria and operating branches across the country. All Christ Embassy branches nationwide are reportedly encouraged to maintain accounts with the bank.
The ministry is also linked to the Loveworld Medical Centre, described as a state-of-the-art healthcare and hospital facility.
In the technology sector, the church operates KingsChat, its proprietary social media platform, along with KingsPay, a fintech service positioned as a competitor to leading payment processors such as Paystack and Flutterwave.
Observers note that the rapid expansion of these enterprises — particularly the growth of Parralex Bank over the past three years — underscores the scale of Pastor Oyakhilome’s business interests beyond the pulpit.
While he is best known for his global evangelical work, the latest revelations portray him as a religious leader whose influence now extends deeply into Nigeria’s corporate landscape.
