President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has received the 2025 audited financial statement of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd), which reported a profit after tax of ₦7.2 trillion.
The Group Chief Executive Officer of NNPC Ltd, Bashir Bayo Ojulari, presented the financial statement to the President at the Presidential Villa in Abuja, accompanied by the company’s Group Chief Finance Officer, Dapo Segun.
The audited results showed a 33 per cent increase in profit after tax to ₦7.2 trillion in 2025, compared with ₦5.4 trillion recorded in 2024.
The company also reported ₦34.5 trillion in revenue and ₦5.8 trillion in dividends.
NNPC Ltd announced the audited results on September 29, 2026, following its Annual General Meeting and second earnings call with financial and business analysts.
According to the company, the results reflect improved earnings and operational performance, providing a foundation for future growth.
