Zenith Bank Plc has clinched the prestigious ‘Bank of the Year, Nigeria’ title at the 2024 Banker’s Bank of the Year Awards, organized by The Banker Magazine, a publication of the Financial Times Group, UK. The award ceremony, held in London on December 4, 2024, honored the bank’s robust management, sound business strategy, and its dedication to sustainability and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) practices.
The Banker’s Bank of the Year awards are regarded as one of the most esteemed recognitions in global banking, with winners selected across continents, including Africa, Asia-Pacific, and North America.

In November 2024, Zenith Bank extended its global reach by launching a branch in Paris after receiving approval from France’s banking regulator, the Autorité de Contrôle Prudentiel et de Résolution (ACPR). This move aligns with the bank’s strategy to support clients’ international operations.
