Fidelity Bank’s Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Nneka Onyali-Ikpe, has praised the ongoing infrastructural development in Anambra State, highlighting the impressive array of projects initiated by Governor Charles Soludo, all funded without incurring debt.

During a project tour in Awka on Wednesday, Dr. Onyali-Ikpe expressed her admiration for the quality and scale of the developments, stating, “I am very impressed with the quality, size, and finishing of the projects being executed in this state without borrowing from financial institutions.”

Her curiosity about how Governor Soludo managed to finance such extensive infrastructure without external borrowing led her to remark, “I’m interested in knowing how Soludo is building all this infrastructure without borrowing money.”

Accompanied by the Deputy Chief of Staff and Chief of Protocol to Governor Soludo, Dr. Onyali-Ikpe inspected several notable projects, including the ongoing state government house and lodge with an amphitheater and the Solution Fun City, a venue for celebrations and entertainment.

She expressed her astonishment at the transformative changes in Anambra, which have turned the state into a magnet for businesses and visitors. “I’m blown away by the size of the infrastructure that I’m seeing today. The contemporary architecture, the finishing, and the scale of it are intimidating. I’m excited that we finally have something that befits our state – Anambra,” she remarked.

Dr. Onyali-Ikpe concluded her visit by emphasizing her confidence in Governor Soludo’s administration, stating, “I’m impressed and convinced that the Governor has done a fantastic job via all the infrastructure he’s depositing in our state.” With these ongoing and completed projects, Governor Soludo is redefining governance in Anambra, blending vision and execution to establish the state as a hub of limitless opportunities for discerning investors.
