First HoldCo Plc has announced the completion of its full divestment from FBNQuest Merchant Bank Limited, confirming the sale of its 100 per cent equity stake to EverQuest Acquisition LLP.
The company disclosed the development in a regulatory notice to the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX), stating that the transaction was finalised following the receipt of all required approvals from the Central Bank of Nigeria.
The divestment marks the formal transfer of ownership of FBNQuest Merchant Bank to EverQuest Acquisition LLP.
