Kamsy Uzoma has become the third housemate to be evicted from the Big Brother Naija Season 11 reality show.
The 24-year-old event planner and gift curator from Imo State was evicted during Sunday’s live show, hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu, after receiving 2.41 per cent of viewers’ votes.
Kamsy’s eviction follows those of Martins and Mercedes, who were the first housemates to leave the “Show Ya Sef” edition.
Speaking with Ebuka after her eviction, Kamsy dismissed speculation that her recent emotional breakdown was connected to her breakup with fellow housemate Gerard.
She explained that she had been feeling cold and praying when she became emotional. However, she admitted that she had genuinely begun developing feelings for Gerard despite their separation.
Kamsy said she would now focus on her business and was ready to “go with the flow” following her exit from the show.
During the live broadcast, Ebuka also questioned several housemates over comments and conversations they had held behind each other’s backs.
Goddessa was asked about describing Neche as a “nice young lady” despite previously making critical remarks about her while speaking with Sheba.
Araga was questioned about his relationships with the male housemates and whether he genuinely trusted them.
Temi Nkem, meanwhile, explained her tendency to apologise frequently, partly attributing it to her upbringing in the United Kingdom.
Sultex was crowned the second Most Influential Player of the Week (MIPOW), earning immunity from next week’s eviction.
The previous MIPOW, Chimsom Chuka, opened the show by spinning the prize wheel and won a brand-new laptop after landing on number five.
The development came after the housemates secured their first full-house wager victory of the season following weeks of unsuccessful attempts.
Season 11 premiered on July 26, with 24 housemates competing for a ₦160 million grand prize package, including ₦100 million in cash and a brand-new SUV.
